bdd9 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bdd9 platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted all of these rules.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

bdd9 may verify your identity at any time using KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Documents that may be required for verification include:

  • Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Proof of bank account or mobile banking number
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bdd9 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods:

The time for a deposit to be credited to your account depends on the payment method. In most cases, deposits are processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of receipt. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit and only to your own account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Reasons for Transaction Rejection

bdd9 reserves the right to suspend or reject transactions in the following cases:

  • If account verification has not been completed
  • Due to suspicion of fraudulent activity or misuse
  • If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met
  • Due to a technical error

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdd9 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

  • Each bonus has a specific validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved
  • Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made before the bonus multiple has been met
  • There may be a maximum bet amount allowed while using a bonus

5.3 Promotional Misuse

If bdd9 determines that a bonus or promotion is being misused — such as through bonus arbitrage, claiming via multiple accounts, or manipulation through coordinated play — bdd9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6. Game Rules and Restrictions

6.1 General Game Rules

All games on bdd9 are operated according to specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game window. Players are advised to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to technical problems, server outages or software errors, bdd9 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable policy. Any winnings resulting from faulty software may be voided.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Playing using automated software, bots or scripts
  • Attempting to manipulate or fix game outcomes
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the site

7. VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

The bdd9 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Progression through each tier is based on regular play.

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP benefits are provided on a discretionary basis and bdd9 reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time. bdd9's decision on VIP tier progression and benefit eligibility is final.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

bdd9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity
  • Failure to complete account verification
  • Suspicion of money laundering
  • Self-exclusion at the user's request

Upon account closure, where no breach of Terms has occurred, eligible balances will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.

13. Dispute Resolution and Contact

For any complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We will try to resolve the issue with the highest level of impartiality.

If a resolution is not reached within 30 days of contacting the support team, a formal complaints process will begin. bdd9's final decision will be made on the basis of fair and impartial consideration.
